Flies could also jeopardize your milk quality. The various bacteria and viruses they carry might find their way not only to the cows but also into the milk via clusters and liners.

DeLaval parlour fan PF142 is for use in milking parlours and animal sheds, primarily to help reduce the amount of flies. It also improves the working environment.
DeLaval electric fly catchers M200 and M300 use UV light to attract flies, then kill them with a high-voltage shock that is approved for use in farm buildings. M200 is made of epoxy-coated galvanized steel and the M300 is stainless steel, to help ensure a long barn life.
DeLaval fly bag is for outdoor use and kills flies with non-toxic bait.
DeLaval larvicide BIO is a biological larvicide - an animal and user-friendly liquid containing bacteria that kill larvae by preventing the skin from shedding. It’s easy to use. Mix with water and sprinkle on the areas to be treated. The long-term effect is four to six months with only two treatments.
