AgriScot Exhibition
A great day out for the farming community at AgriScot again this year with free entry to the exhibition and free car parking the orgainisers were sure of a big crowd
Our Voluntary Milking Display located between the North Gate and the Foyer to the Highland Hall attracted a lot of interest as people entered the exhibition.
Inside the cattle judging and main ring proved a magnet for dairy farmers interested in breeding and showing dairy cows and they were not disappointed as the turnout and attention to detail was amazing.
Congratulations to the Ralston family from Campbeltown who won the prestigious Scottish Dairy Farm of the Year 2011 award
Not only were farmers looking at the animals they were making enquiries and placing orders for equipment. It was also a great time to renew old aquantences with customers and friends not seen for sometime. Brian Wilson from DeLaval dealer Fullwoodhead said "It was certainly an excellent day for business and we look forward to comming to AgriScot again next year".
